A family’s journey is its own
Every family’s situation is different. You may be helping an aging parent remain independent, noticing changing care needs, or navigating memory changes, Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, Parkinson’s disease, mobility challenges or a recent hospitalization.
You may be caregiving from a distance, looking for additional help at home, preparing for future decisions, or simply asking, “What should our family be preparing for?”
ClaraCaresMemory.ai was created to help families discover resources throughout the journey.

The heart behind the platform
ClaraCaresMemory.ai was created by Dr. Charliette Cummings after experiencing the caregiving journey firsthand with her mother, who later passed away from complications of Alzheimer’s disease.
The questions extended far beyond medical care — work, finances, care options, legal matters, housing, emotional support, end-of-life planning, grief, and what the family should do next.
“The resources I needed for my own family are the resources I want other families to be able to find more easily.”
